What is the Lead Platform?
The Lead Platform is primarily designed for users within the Engel & Völkers network – especially real estate advisors in Germany, Austria, and Spain.
Authorized users from cooperation partners can also access the platform, for example to receive or refer leads.

How can I register and create an account on the platform?
If you are part of the Engel & Völkers network with an Engel & Völkers email address and are active in Germany, Austria, or Spain, you can register here if you don't already have an account. If you already have an account, you can log in here.
What can I do if I forget my password?

To which companies can I refer leads?
It depends on the country you are operating in. In Germany, you can refer leads to Engel & Völkers Finance Germany, Engel & Völkers Work Edition, Engel & Völkers LiquidHome Germany, Engel & Völkers Land und Forst and Engel & Völkers Residential. In Austria, you can refer leads to Engel & Völkers LiquidHome and in Spain to Engel & Völkers Finance Spain. We also cooperate with various exclusive partners at all locations.
Can I contact Engel & Völkers Technology GmbH for issues or questions regarding the Lead Platform?
The Lead Platform is managed by Engel & Völkers Venture Management AG. For issues or questions, please contact digital.venturemanagement@engelvoelkers.com. We speak German and English.
Can I also use the Lead Platform as an app?
Yes, the Lead Platform is available as a web app and can be accessed directly via your browser on any device – no installation needed.
It offers an optimized user experience on smartphones, tablets, and desktops.

How can I facilitate a referral through the platform?
If you have a potential client for a referral, log in to the platform, select the company to which the client should be referred, and follow the platform's instructions. You will be asked to enter specific data in a few clear steps. After entering all the client data, you can write and send a personal message to the client advisor.
What information do I need to submit a lead?
Besides the client's name, address, and contact information, which are always required, you should have various information about the property ready. The requested data varies depending on the referral target.
How is my commission calculated?
Your commission payment is based on the successful completion of a referral. The exact commission amount is determined according to the agreed commission structure and the partner company's terms. You can find this information in the respective referral terms and conditions, available on the partner pages after logging in.
Can I track the status of my referrals?
Under the menu item Lead Overview, you will find a list of all submitted leads and their respective processing status, as well as any commission earned upon successful completion.
How long does it typically take to complete a referral?
The processing time is influenced by many factors. Besides the readiness of the referred client to close, external factors also play a role. The duration until completion can therefore range from a few weeks to several months.
Can I communicate with the company I referred a lead to through the platform?
No, communication with the company you referred a lead to is not possible through the platform beyond the referral itself. However, you can use the notes field at the end of the digital referral form to send your contact information and a request for consultation to the processor.
Can I change the entered data if I forgot something?
Changing the data of a referral is always possible before submission. Simply go back in the process and change what you want. After submitting the referral, changing the information is no longer possible. Therefore, ensure that all entered information, especially the client data, is as complete and correct as possible.
Do I need to comply with legal requirements when submitting a referral?
Since the information requested for referrals includes personal data, some data protection regulations must be observed. The transfer of client data is only permitted with their explicit consent (Art. 6 para. 1 a GDPR). Please ensure that the client has agreed to the transfer of their data to the lead recipient and that you can prove this if requested.
